Can picture lights be dimmed?

Are picture lights suitable for bathrooms or outdoors?
No. These fittings are rated IP20 for indoor use, suiting living rooms, hallways, studies, dining rooms and bedrooms. They are not rated for bathroom zones or outdoor walls.

How are picture lights powered and fitted?
