Zenvia LED Alabaster Linear Suspension Light - Soft White

The Zenvia is a 1000mm linear suspension light built around a horizontal cylinder of natural Spanish alabaster, suspended on an adjustable cable from a discreet ceiling fixing. An integrated 30W LED runs the full internal length of the stone, casting warm 3000K light through the alabaster wall so the cylinder itself becomes the diffuser. The 100mm stone diameter and 85mm fitting depth keep the visual mass low and horizontal.

Designed for long surfaces, the Zenvia suits dining tables of 1.4m or longer, kitchen islands, boardroom desks and home offices where a single linear light replaces a row of pendants. The 1500mm adjustable cable allows the stone to be set 700-800mm above a dining surface or higher for general ambient use, and the slim cylinder works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards without dominating the volume.

Each Zenvia is cut from a solid block of Spanish alabaster, so the veining, fissures and tonal banding visible across the cylinder are unique to that piece. When unlit, the stone reads as a soft chalky white with grey mineral tracery; when lit, the same veining glows as warm amber lines through the translucent walls. The internal hardware is solid copper, chosen for thermal performance and to keep the visible profile clean.

What size table or island does the Zenvia suit?

At 1000mm long, the Zenvia is well-proportioned for dining tables and kitchen islands between 1.4m and 2.2m in length. As a rule, hang a linear light around 200-300mm shorter than the surface beneath it so the light reads as related to the table without overhanging the ends.

How high should it hang above a dining table?

The 1500mm cable is adjustable on installation. Most installers set the underside of the alabaster 700-800mm above the table surface for dining, which keeps the light source out of seated sightlines while throwing a defined pool of light across the table. For ambient use over a console or hallway, hang higher.

Is the alabaster veining the same on every piece?

No. Each cylinder is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, fissures and translucency vary between individual pieces. These natural marks are characteristic of the stone and become more pronounced when the LED is on, and are not considered defects.

Is the integrated LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the fitting rather than supplied as a separate replaceable lamp. It is rated at 30W on 230V mains at 3000K warm white, and is covered by the 2-year warranty listed in the Specification tab.
