General

Your contract of purchase is made through the website with Niori.

Contract for the sale of any goods shall exist between you and Niori as soon as payment has been made for the order and you will receive a confirmation email, this e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Niori of your offer to buy goods from Niori or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Niori. (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

If in the unlikely circumstance an error is found with the price of the goods ordered then we will inform you via email or telephone as soon as we can. Depending on the circumstance, we will offer a refund or alternative proposal.

Images on the website are solely for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ in size, colour and/or design from the images shown and dimensions stated.

Light fittings come without the bulbs unless stated otherwise.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Niori shall not be liable for any penalty loss injury damage or expense arising from the delay or failure in delivery or performance from any cause at all nor shall any such delay or failure entitle the Customer to refuse to accept any delivery or performance of or repudiate the Contract.

Any dates quoted by the Company for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and shall not form part of the Contract and the Customer acknowledges that in the performance expected of the Company no regards has been paid to any quoted delivery dates.

Our lights do not come with the bulbs unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Policy

Niori reserve the right to change the delivery cost without any prior warning.

*Next Day Delivery is subject to the items being in stock.

In the unlikely event that this does occur, we will contact you to inform you the specifics. You will have the option to cancel your order without penalty.

If you require re-delivery for any reason, Niori reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, Niori reserve the right to deduct the cost of the initial delivery charge plus any extraneous costs incurred as a result of the goods being returned to us/or direct to our suppliers.

Warranty Policy

Niori offer a 1 year warranty on light fittings from the date of delivery, excluding bulbs and lamps. Certain products may be covered by an extended manufacturer warranty.

Warranty will become void if products are installed in areas of salty or acidic atmospherics conditions. Warranty will be void if the product has been modified or altered in any way.

Follow the standard returns policy stated below for all faulty goods.

Returns Policy

Only unused goods may be returned unless the product is defective. There is up to 40% handling charge/restocking fee depending on the items brand. Please contact us for exact charges prior to placing your order. Goods must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Returns are not accepted for custom light fittings, or items that aren’t held in stock by Niori and are ordered in.

We do not accept any returns for masks or 3D wall panels.

The customer is responsible for paying all postage/shipping costs incurred when returning the product unless we state in writing otherwise.

We do not accept returns for ex-display stock.

The cost of return carriage to be incurred by the customer.

We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen or damaged in transit back to us/or our supplier. When an order is stolen/lost/damaged in transit back to us, you should claim compensation from the courier company that shipped the returns. This is why we recommend using a signed and insure courier company that is fully insured.

Any damages to the order must be notified to the Niori sales team within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Anything outside this time cannot be replaced free of charge.

Right To Cancel

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel your purchase. However, you must notify us in writing, either via email or post with 7 days of receipt of delivery. Telephone calls are not a valid form of cancellation. This is subject to our Returns Policy.

We will refund your debit/credit card once we have received and processed the item as quickly as we can and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Niori or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Niori mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Niori (“Niori”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Niori's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Niori Interiors through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Niori. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Niori or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Niori mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Liability

Niori does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, photography, specifications and descriptions of goods at any time.

Installer Scheduling & Liability: The Customer must not engage, schedule or commission an electrician, contractor or other tradesperson to begin any installation works until all Goods have been delivered, inspected and accepted. Niori shall not be liable for any costs, losses or damages arising from work performed prematurely due to delay, damage, defect or non-delivery.
