At Niori, we aim to be transparent and clear about our returns process. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order, as certain items are not eligible for return.

30-Day Returns Policy

We offer an up to 30-day returns window from the date of delivery for eligible items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Accepted Returns:

  • Only unused items may be returned, unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
  • All returned items must be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
  • A handling/restocking fee of up to 40% may apply depending on the brand and item.

Please contact us before placing your order to confirm any applicable charges.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items not held in stock by Niori and ordered in specifically
  • Ex-display items
  • Certain 3rd party suppliers/brands.

Third-Party & Manufacturer-Dispatched Items

  • Some products are dispatched directly from third-party manufacturers.

In these cases:

Returns must be sent directly back to the manufacturer. This may involve international returns.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping, customs duties, and related costs

We strongly recommend confirming product origin and return arrangements with us prior to placing your order.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
  • The cost of return carriage will not be reimbursed.
  • We do not provide return labels.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Returns

We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Items lost
  • Items stolen
  • Items damaged in transit while being returned to us or our supplier

If this occurs, compensation must be claimed directly from the courier used to return the item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked, signed, and fully insured courier service.

Reporting Damages

  • Any damage to an order must be reported to the Niori Sales Team in writing by email within 3 days of delivery.
  • Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be replaced free of charge.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Sales Team by email or phone to request a returns number.
  2. Clearly state the reason for the return.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  4. Arrange return delivery using your chosen courier.
