Here at Niori we have a 14 Day Return Policy.
Orders can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery of goods, provided that the goods be returned unused, and with complete original packaging. There is up to 40% handling charge/restocking fee depending on the items brand. Please contact us for exact charges prior to placing your order.
We do not accept returns for custom made/made to order and bespoke items, ex-display or items that are not held in stock. We do not accept any returns for 3D Wall Panels.

Returns can be done via the following options:
1. Return via a Courier
Email or call us with the reason(s) why the goods need to be returned. You can call us on 020 8149 5199 during normal opening hours. Visit the Contact Us page for more details.
Enclose your delivery note with the goods and ensure they are packed securely, we recommend insuring your goods when using your chosen courier.
