Aleron LED Large Round Alabaster Flush Ceiling Light - Soft White & Brushed Brass

The Aleron is a 600mm round flush ceiling light built around a wide disc of natural Spanish alabaster, finished with a small brushed brass boss at its centre. An integrated 72W LED sits concealed behind the stone, casting warm 3000K light that diffuses evenly through the alabaster itself. At just 50mm tall, the fitting sits close to the ceiling and reads as a single luminous plane rather than a hanging fixture.

The low 50mm projection makes the Aleron suited to rooms where a pendant or chandelier won't fit: bedrooms, hallways, landings, dressing rooms and lower-ceilinged living spaces with heights of 2.2-2.4m. At 600mm in diameter it provides primary ambient lighting for rooms up to roughly 4 x 4m, and pairs comfortably above a kingsize bed or as a central hallway fitting. Installation is direct to the ceiling on a standard rose, with the brass boss covering the central fixing.

Each alabaster disc is cut from natural stone, so the veining, mineral banding and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. When the LED is off, the alabaster reads as a soft warm white with cloudy grey markings; when lit, the stone's varying density becomes visible as the thicker areas glow more softly than the thinner ones, giving the disc depth rather than a flat illuminated surface. The brushed brass centre softens reflections and balances the stone's organic patterning with a single point of warm metal.

Is the Aleron suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. At 50mm tall the Aleron is a flush fitting, sitting close to the ceiling without the drop of a pendant or semi-flush. It works well in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.2m upwards, including bedrooms, hallways and landings where a hanging fixture would be impractical.

What size room does the 600mm version suit?

The 600mm diameter and 72W integrated LED provide primary ambient lighting for rooms of approximately 4 x 4m. In larger rooms, the Aleron can be used as part of a layered scheme alongside wall lights, table lamps or additional ceiling fittings.

Does each alabaster disc look the same?

No. Each disc is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, mineral banding and tonal variation differ between pieces. When lit, the variations in stone density become visible as subtle differences in glow, giving each fitting a unique character.

Is the LED replaceable?
