Seraphis LED Medium Alabaster Ring Chandelier - Brushed Brass

The Seraphis is a 600mm alabaster ring chandelier built around a single circular band of natural Spanish alabaster, carved with a 60mm section and suspended horizontally on three fine steel cables. An integrated 3000K LED runs inside the ring, lighting the stone from within so the alabaster itself becomes the diffuser. A brushed brass canopy holds the suspension at the ceiling.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands, entrance halls and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Seraphis works as both ambient and decorative light. The fine cable suspension keeps the visual weight at the ring, leaving the space above it open. Above a dining table, the ring typically sits 700-800mm above the surface; the cables can be shortened on installation to suit ceiling height.

The alabaster band is cut from solid stone and shows clear mineral veining, tonal variation and areas of denser opacity that move around the full circumference. When the LED is off, the ring reads as a pale, softly clouded stone circle; when lit, the variation in density becomes visible as warm patches and softer translucency through the 60mm section. The brushed brass canopy adds a warm metallic counterpoint to the pale stone without competing with it.

At 13.6kg, the chandelier is substantial and requires a ceiling fixing rated for the load. The integrated LED removes the need to source or replace bulbs, and the 3000K colour temperature gives a warm white output suited to relaxed dining and living spaces rather than task-focused kitchens.

What size room does the Seraphis suit?

The 600mm ring works well above dining tables seating 4-6, kitchen islands of around 1.6-2.2m, and entrance halls or living rooms with a clear ceiling area of at least 2m square. For larger tables or wider islands, a bigger diameter from the Seraphis range may be a better fit.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the chandelier and is not user-replaceable. Integrated LEDs typically last 25,000-30,000 hours of use. The chandelier carries a 2-year warranty.

Does each piece of alabaster look the same?

No. Each ring is carved from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, tonal variation, mineral density and translucency differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect, and is most visible when the chandelier is lit.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth to remove dust. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
