Description
The Renoir is a 359mm picture light with a ribbed tubular body in white-finished metal, mounted on an adjustable bracket with an embossed circular backplate. A single E14 bulb sits behind the open end of the tube, directing light downward and forward onto the artwork or mirror surface below. The mechanical hinge on the bracket allows the tube to be angled after installation, adjusting where the light falls on the frame.
Designed for use above framed artwork, mirrors and decorative wall panels in living rooms, hallways, bedrooms and galleries, the Renoir suits frames up to 600-900mm wide depending on mounting height. The bracket projects 212mm from the wall when horizontal, and the ribbed body adds directional control to the light beam, reducing spill onto surrounding wall areas. The E14 fitting accepts candle-style bulbs up to 25W, giving flexibility to choose warm or neutral white depending on the artwork's colour palette.
The white finish provides a neutral tone that works with white or light-coloured walls without creating a visible contrast between the fitting and the background. The embossed circular backplate adds a decorative classical detail that pairs with traditional and period-style frames, while the clean lines of the ribbed tube keep the overall form simple enough for contemporary interiors. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only.

Frequently Asked
What size artwork does this suit?
The 359mm width works best above frames 600-900mm wide. For smaller frames under 500mm the light may overshoot the edges; for larger frames over 1000mm a second picture light may be needed to avoid dark spots at the frame edges.
Can the angle be adjusted after fitting?
Yes. The bracket has a mechanical hinge that allows the ribbed tube to tilt after installation, changing where the light falls on the artwork. This means you can fine-tune the beam position without removing the fitting from the wall.
What bulb does it take?
The Renoir takes a single E14 candle-style bulb up to 25W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K to avoid colour shift on artwork.
Can it be used in bathrooms?
No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for dry indoor locations only. It cannot be used in bathrooms, kitchens with heavy steam, or any area where it may be exposed to moisture.
