Description

The Zon is a 12cm surface mounted LED downlight in matte gold aluminium, with a 12W integrated 3000K LED inside a cylindrical housing. The fitting sits flush to the ceiling rather than recessing into it, making it suitable for rooms where ceiling void depth is limited or where surface wiring needs to be concealed without cutting into plasterboard.

Designed for hallways, utility rooms, bedrooms and kitchens where ceiling heights are 2.3-2.6m, the Zon provides ambient downlight without requiring a recessed back box. The 12W output at 3000K gives warm white light sufficient for general room illumination in spaces up to 8-10m², or as accent lighting in larger open-plan areas where multiple fittings are grouped. The IP20 rating limits it to dry indoor use only.

The matte gold finish on the aluminium cylinder provides a low-sheen metallic accent that pairs with brass hardware, warm timber and both contemporary and classical interiors. The 6cm projection from the ceiling is minimal enough to avoid head clearance issues in standard 2.4m-height rooms, and the cylindrical form casts light downward with minimal side spill, keeping the focus on the floor or worktop below.
