Description
The Zerava is a 780mm sculptural table lamp built around a stacked column of three faceted black marble segments, set on a square brushed brass plinth and topped with a 400mm black drum shade lined in gold. A slender brass stem rises through the marble column to a brass ball finial, and the lamp takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately) inside the cylindrical shade.
Designed for sideboards, console tables, hallway tables and bedside use where a tall, defined silhouette is wanted, the Zerava delivers ambient downlight and uplight through the open top and bottom of the drum shade. The gold-lined interior of the shade warms the cast light, while the black exterior contains the glow and keeps the marble column as the visual anchor on a dressed surface.
Each marble segment is cut with angular planes that catch light differently as you move around the lamp, and the natural stone shows pale veining running across the deep black ground, so no two columns look identical. The brushed brass base, stem and finial use a warm matt-gold tone rather than a bright polished finish, which softens reflections and pairs comfortably with both moody dark interiors and lighter neutral schemes that need a contrast accent.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Zerava take?
The lamp uses a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K suits the gold-lined drum shade and gives a soft ambient glow on a sideboard or bedside table.
What are the dimensions?
The Zerava stands 780mm tall overall, with a 400mm diameter drum shade. The brass base is square and compact, so the lamp sits comfortably on consoles, sideboards and larger bedside tables without dominating the surface.
Does the marble vary between pieces?
Yes. The faceted segments are cut from natural black marble, so the pale veining, tonal depth and pattern across the angular faces differ between individual lamps. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.
Is the lamp dimmable?
The Zerava uses a standard E27 socket, so dimming depends on the bulb fitted and any in-line or wall dimmer used. Pair a dimmable LED bulb with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer for smooth control.
