Description

The Zenith is a 270mm glass pendant light combining a galvanic amber blown glass outer shade with an acid-etched white glass inner diffuser, suspended on a brass frame and ceiling rosette. The dual-layer glass construction creates a warm ambient glow — the amber outer shade filters the light while the white diffuser inside softens it, preventing harsh glare from the G9 bulb.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and low-ceiling living areas, the Zenith sits 210mm in height at the shade with a 2000mm adjustable black PVC cable allowing drops from 400mm to 1800mm depending on ceiling height. The 270mm diameter makes it suitable for positioning over a two-seater bistro table, a breakfast bar or in a series of three over a longer dining table of 1800-2400mm. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only.

The brass frame comprises a central rod running through the centre of both glass layers, with the canopy and lower metalwork finished in a galvanic brass plating that matches the amber tone of the outer glass. The transparent nature of both glass layers means the lamp reflects and refracts light differently depending on whether the bulb is on or off — when lit, the white diffuser glows through the amber shade; when off, the pendant reads as a layered decorative object. The fitting is compatible with standard G9 LED or halogen bulbs and works with most leading-edge and trailing-edge dimmers.
