Description

This ceramic vase takes the shape of a wrapped bouquet. A folded edge runs up one side to the rim, and a ribbon is tied around the middle in a full bow, its two tails falling towards the base. It comes in a soft pale pink with a smooth matt surface, so the bow and the folds of the wrap catch the light gently rather than shining. It stands 24cm tall, 12.5cm wide and 12cm deep. The body narrows at the ribbon before flaring out again at the top, much as a real bunch does in the hand. The rim is gently uneven and follows the line of the wrap, which keeps the whole piece looking relaxed and unfussy.
