Description

The Windsor is a 12-light chandelier built around a crown-shaped graphite metal frame with curved supporting arms radiating from a central column. Twelve candle-style E14 lamp holders sit on individual scrollwork arms arranged in a single tier around the outer ring, creating a wide circular footprint of approximately 900mm diameter. The frame is finished in a matt graphite grey that softens the metal's industrial weight.

Designed for large dining rooms, entrance halls and double-height living spaces with ceiling heights of 3m or above, the Windsor requires a robust ceiling fixing point capable of supporting the chandelier's combined metal frame and chain weight. The chain drop is adjustable on installation, allowing the fitting to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or set higher for ambient lighting in a hall. The E14 bulb fittings accept candle-style LED or traditional incandescent bulbs up to 40W each (bulbs sold separately), providing flexibility to choose light temperature and brightness to suit the room.

Each chandelier is hand-finished in the UK by Elstead Lighting, with the graphite coating applied over forged metal components. The scrollwork detailing around each lamp holder and the crown motif at the top of the frame reference English heritage metalwork without reproducing specific period styles. The matt graphite finish pairs with industrial, transitional and modern rustic interiors where a large-scale light fitting is needed without the warmth of brass or the formality of polished chrome.
