Description

The Winchfield is a 703mm picture light with four E14 bulb fittings mounted on individually adjustable aged brass arms extending from a rectangular matte black wall plate. Each arm pivots on a brass ball joint, allowing the light to be directed across wide artworks, mirrors, or multi-frame gallery walls up to approximately 1.2m wide.

Designed for positioning above large-format paintings, oversized mirrors, and horizontal gallery arrangements, the Winchfield suits traditional and mid-century interiors where warm brass tones complement existing hardware or period details. The 318mm projection from the wall gives clearance over chunky frames and allows the light to be angled down onto the artwork surface from above without casting the frame's shadow.

The matte black tubular shade runs the full 703mm width of the fitting and houses all four E14 bulbs behind a curved metal hood, distributing light evenly while preventing glare for viewers standing beneath. The aged brass finish on the arms and mounting hardware shows tonal variation and darker patina consistent with natural brass ageing, contrasting with the flat black of the shade. Each E14 fitting accepts bulbs up to 40W (sold separately), giving flexibility to match light output to the size and reflectivity of the artwork.
