Description

The Welland is a 245mm diameter flush ceiling light with an integrated 12W LED behind an opal polished plastic diffuser, set in a polished chrome rim. The fitting projects just 48mm from the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights under 2.4m where a pendant or semi-flush would hang too low.

Designed for bathrooms, hallways, cloakrooms and en-suites, the Welland carries an IP54 rating allowing it to be installed in bathroom zones 2 and 3 where moisture and water spray are present. The integrated LED produces 3000K warm white light distributed evenly across the diffuser face, with no visible hot spots or shadow rings. The chrome rim is a solid metal component rather than a plated plastic surround, giving the fitting a secure mount to the ceiling.

The 12W LED module is non-replaceable but rated for 25,000+ hours of use, equivalent to around 10-12 years of typical domestic bathroom use at 6 hours per day.
