Description
This waving skeleton ornament is a cheerful little plastic bobble head, made for brightening a shelf or desk through the Halloween season. The figure is a friendly skeleton in gloss black, his arms, ribs, hips and legs picked out in a crisp white bone print, with one hand raised in a wave and the other held out to the side. His oversized skull is a pale lilac white, with round black eyes, a little triangle nose, a toothy grin and a painted crack across the crown. He stands on a rounded black base printed with the words Happy Halloween, and at 11.5cm tall, 5.5cm wide and 6cm deep he is small enough to tuck in almost anywhere.
A small solar panel is set into the front of the base, and when it sits in good light it sets the skeleton's head bobbing, so a bright windowsill or a desk near a window suits him best. He makes a playful touch on a mantelpiece, a hall table, a bookcase or an office desk, and he fits neatly among pumpkins and spooky trimmings in a Halloween display. He also makes a fun little Halloween gift, easy to slip into a treat bag, and he raises a smile every time his head starts to nod along to nothing at all.
The figure is made of plastic with a gloss finish that keeps the black deep and the white bone print crisp. It is an ornament for display rather than a toy, so it is best kept on a shelf or desk where it can bob undisturbed. To keep the gloss bright and the solar panel clear, dust him with a soft dry cloth, or wipe him gently with a barely damp cloth. Set him where the light falls on his base, give his head room to bob, and our little skeleton will wave the season in.
