Description

The Verdane is a 230mm-tall table lamp built from two stacked stone forms: a 150mm Spanish alabaster globe sitting on a rounded green marble dome, with a slim brushed brass collar between them. An integrated 5W LED inside the globe casts warm 3000K light through the alabaster, so the stone itself becomes the diffuser rather than a hidden bulb behind glass.

At 230mm tall and 150mm wide, the Verdane suits bedside tables, console tables, shelving and hallway surfaces where a compact accent lamp is needed. The integrated LED runs on 230V mains via a fabric-braided cable, removing the need to source a bulb separately. The low 5W draw makes it suitable for use as ambient evening light or a soft secondary light in rooms with brighter overhead fittings.

Each alabaster globe is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining and translucency vary between pieces. The green marble base shows deeper mineral patterning and a smoother, denser surface than the alabaster above, giving the lamp a clear material contrast: luminous stone over solid stone. The brushed brass collar separates the two without competing with them, keeping the focus on the stacked geometry.
