Description

The Verano Lavatus is a modern abstract rug in our Dark Blue colourway. A soft wash of grey and white is broken by deeper blue grey patches that look like layered brushstrokes. It is machine woven with a high and low pile: the raised areas are 100% polypropylene and the lower areas 100% polyester, so the pattern sits in gentle relief and feels soft underfoot. It is a modern rug with a calm, painterly look rather than a busy one.

It is made for the living room, where its cool, quiet colours sit easily with pale upholstery, wooden floors and neutral walls. We sell it in three sizes. The 120 by 170cm rug suits a smaller lounge or the space in front of a compact sofa. The 160 by 230cm size sits well under a coffee table with the front feet of a sofa resting on it. The 200 by 290cm rug is large enough to anchor a full seating area in a bigger room.
