Description

The Varas is a 167cm LED floor lamp built around a vertical matt black pole with two adjustable arms finished in glossy gold, each housing an integrated 5W LED behind an opal acrylic diffuser. The dual-arm configuration delivers 900 lumens of 3000K warm white light across two independently angled heads, which can be positioned to direct light towards a reading position, onto a wall as wash light, or angled outward to provide general ambient lighting.

Designed for living rooms, home offices and reading corners where adjustable task lighting is needed without ceiling-fixed fittings, the Varas suits both modern and mid-century interiors. The circular weighted base has a 30cm footprint and weighs 6.2kg, providing stability on bare floors and short-pile rugs. The two arms pivot at their joints, allowing each diffuser to be set independently. One might illuminate a desk surface while the other casts light onto an adjacent wall or seating area.

The matt black pole absorbs light and minimises reflections, while the glossy gold arms provide visual contrast and catch ambient room light. The opal acrylic diffusers soften the LED output to reduce glare when viewed directly, making the lamp suitable for use next to seating where the light source sits within the field of view.
