Each of the four arms curves upward from the central column, carrying a crystal bobeche that sits beneath the bulb holder to catch wax drips in candle-style installations and add a layer of sparkle beneath each light source. The clear cut crystal droplets are faceted to maximise light refraction, so even low-wattage LED candle bulbs create noticeable prismatic effects on nearby walls and ceilings. What bulbs does the Valentina take?

The chandelier uses four E14 small Edison screw bulbs, each rated up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with 4-6W LED candle bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) to replicate the look of traditional candle flames while keeping energy consumption low.

What ceiling height is needed?

The adjustable chain allows drops from 533mm to 2076mm. For dining table installation the chandelier typically hangs 700-800mm above the table surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. Higher ceilings can use the full chain length to lower the fitting into the functional zone of the room.

Is the chandelier dimmable?

Dimming depends on the bulbs used and the dimmer switch installed. LED candle bulbs marked as dimmable will work with compatible trailing-edge dimmers. Standard non-dimmable LED bulbs will not dim and may flicker or fail if used with a dimmer circuit.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the circuit and allow bulbs to cool. Remove each crystal droplet by hand and wash in warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid, rinse in distilled water, and dry with a lint-free cloth. Alternatively, wipe crystals in situ with a damp microfibre cloth, though this is slower and risks streaking.
