Description

Twilight Animals is a printed rug that brings a moonlit woodland indoors. Across a deep plum ground, owls, rabbits and foxes wander among toadstools, ferns, dandelion clocks, wild flowers and moths, with golden crescent moons and tiny stars scattered between them. Against the plum sit soft, earthy colours: blush pink, sage green, russet, cream and buttery yellow. It is digitally printed on polyester, which suits fine, illustrated detail, and the design runs all over the rug to a slim plum edge.

We would put one of the runners in a hallway or along a landing, where the pattern gives a long, narrow space some charm. There are two runner sizes, 61 by 170cm and 76 by 230cm, to suit a shorter hall or a longer one. For a room, the 76 by 150cm size sits nicely beside a bed or in front of a chair.
