Description

The Turin is a large outdoor down wall lantern built from die-cast aluminium with a black powder-coated finish and clear glass panels on four sides. The lantern measures 560mm high by 300mm wide and projects 460mm from the wall on a curved bracket, housing a single downward-facing E27 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately). The IP54 rating provides protection against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction.

Designed for mounting above doorways, on porch walls, and flanking garage doors or garden gates, the Turin directs light downward onto pathways and entrance areas. The 460mm projection positions the light source forward from the wall plane, reducing shadowing under eaves and canopies. The clear glass maximises light output compared to frosted or tinted alternatives, making the fitting suitable where functional illumination is as important as decorative presence.

The die-cast aluminium construction resists corrosion in coastal and urban environments, backed by a five-year guarantee without coastal exclusion. The black powder coat is applied after die-casting and provides a matt finish that conceals minor surface marks better than polished or satin alternatives.
