Trilogy 3 Light Flush Ceiling Light - Brushed Nickel

The Trilogy is a 406mm flush ceiling light built around a seeded glass drum shade suspended between two brushed nickel metal bands. Three E27 bulb holders sit inside the glass drum, each visible through the seeded texture, which is created by air bubbles trapped in the glass during manufacture. The shallow 180mm projection makes the fitting suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or lower, where a pendant would hang too low.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, utility rooms and landing areas where ceiling clearance is limited, the Trilogy provides ambient light without the visual mass of a deeper fitting. The seeded glass diffuses light from the bulbs while the bubbles catch and scatter individual points of brightness, giving a softer glow than clear or frosted glass. The fitting works with standard E27 LED bulbs up to 60W per socket (sold separately), and pairs particularly well with Edison-style LED filament bulbs where the visible filament adds to the decorative effect through the seeded glass.

The brushed nickel finish on the mounting plate and lower band provides a cooler metallic tone than brass or bronze, pairing cleanly with stainless steel door furniture, chrome taps and grey-toned interiors. The seeded glass gives the fitting a traditional appearance that works in period properties, while the low-profile design and brushed metal keep it functional in contemporary homes. Is this suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. The 180mm projection from ceiling to base makes the Trilogy particularly suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or lower, where a pendant fitting would hang too far into the room. It provides adequate headroom clearance in hallways, landings and bedrooms.

What bulbs does it take?

The fitting takes three E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED filament bulbs between 6-8W and 2700K-3000K, where the visible filament shows through the seeded glass.
