Description
Solid oak forms the backbone of our Treasures 3-door Black Oak Cabinet, a long low piece finished in a deep Black Oak that we pair with the soft Sterling shade of its upholstered end panels. Three solid oak sliding doors run across the front, so you open a section by sliding rather than swinging, which suits a spot where floor space is tight. The curved end panels are covered in faux leather from the Horizons S range, and behind the doors sit shelves for the things you want kept out of sight. Four round tapered legs lift the whole cabinet clear of the floor and keep the look light despite its width.
At 150cm wide, 75cm high and 43cm deep, this cabinet gives you a generous top surface as well as concealed storage below. Each internal shelf is rated to a maximum load of 15kg and the top to 50kg, with weight evenly distributed across the surface in both cases. The top is a good height for a table lamp base, a row of books or a few pieces of homeware, and it works well set against a wall in a hallway, a living room or a bedroom. The combination of steel, particle board and solid oak gives us a build that carries its 47kg weight with confidence.
Assembly takes around 40 minutes, and we provide a video to walk you through each step. We have kept the form simple and the storage practical, so this is a cabinet that earns its place year after year rather than one you replace in a season.
