Times Square Outdoor Wall Light 3200K 6W - Black

The Times Square is a matt black aluminium outdoor wall light with an integrated 6W 3200K LED module that casts directional downlight from a rectangular housing. The light exits through a narrow aperture at the base of the 200mm-tall unit, creating a controlled wash of warm white light down the wall surface or onto the ground immediately below.

Designed for facade accent lighting, the Times Square suits entrance areas, porches, external stairwells and the sides of garages or outbuildings where a vertical wash of light is needed without broad floodlight spread. The IP54 rating protects the internal components from rain and dust, making it suitable for exposed positions on UK exterior walls. The narrow beam angle concentrates light into a defined vertical strip rather than dispersing it widely, which makes the fitting particularly effective on darker facades where the contrast between lit and unlit surfaces creates architectural emphasis.

The aluminium housing is powder-coated matt black and measures 90mm wide by 90mm deep, giving it a compact footprint that doesn't dominate smaller wall areas. The integrated LED runs on mains voltage (AC 220-240V) and requires no driver unit outside the fitting itself, simplifying installation to a standard outdoor junction box. The 3200K colour temperature sits between the warmer 2700K residential standard and the cooler 4000K commercial white, producing a light tone that reads as warm without the amber cast of lower-temperature LEDs.

Product Manual

Can this be used in fully exposed locations?

The IP54 rating protects against rain and dust, making it suitable for most UK exterior walls including positions exposed to weather. It is not submersible and should not be installed where standing water can collect around the base of the fitting.

What direction does the light cast?

The light exits through a narrow aperture at the base of the unit, casting downwards onto the wall surface or ground below. The beam is directional rather than wide-spread, creating a vertical wash of light rather than broad illumination.

Is the LED replaceable?

The 6W LED module is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The module is designed to last the typical lifespan of the fitting itself under normal outdoor use.

What colour is 3200K compared to standard warm white?

3200K sits between the warmer 2700K residential standard and the cooler 4000K commercial white. It produces a warm white tone without the amber cast of lower-temperature LEDs, appearing slightly crisper than typical indoor warm white bulbs.
