The Teja is a rope garden dining armchair built on a slim frame of extruded aluminium with a polyester powder coating, its back, arms and sides wrapped in wide bands of hand-woven marine rope. The rope has a polyester thread over a nylon core, laid in flat straps that give the chair a light, open look. It measures 60cm wide, 62cm deep and 76cm high, with a seat height of 47cm, the usual height for sitting up to a dining table, and arms at 68cm to rest your elbows on. It comes with a removable seat cushion made in the outdoor fabric you choose.

It belongs on a terrace, patio or in a garden where meals are eaten outside. It suits anyone who likes to linger at the table over a long lunch outside. We offer it in fifteen powder-coated frame colours, among them Textured White, Textured Ivory and Stone; in two rope colours, Grey Taupe and Terra Brown; and with its cushion in forty-six outdoor fabrics in acrylic, polyolefin and Vinytex, such as Pan White, Wabi Ecru and Pan Bone. Each one is made to order in Barcelona, Spain.

The chair is made for outdoor use and resists weathering and sunlight. Clean the frame with warm water, neutral soap and a non-abrasive cloth, rinsing and drying it to avoid water marks. Sponge the cushion with a little neutral soap in plenty of water, never harsh chemicals; the acrylic fabrics wash at 30°C, and polyolefin ones can be vacuumed to lift dust. La Mamba Studio designed it. The chair carries the maker's guarantee of five years for domestic use and two for commercial use against manufacturing defects; cushions, covers and fabrics are not covered. As the cushion lifts off, it can come indoors between meals.
