The Teja is a two seater garden sofa built on a slim frame of extruded aluminium with a polyester powder coating, its arms wrapped in wide vertical bands of hand-woven marine rope. The rope is polyester thread over a nylon core. It comes with its seat and back cushions, made in the outdoor fabric you choose, and they are removable. At 191cm wide, 96cm deep and 78cm high, with a seat height of 43cm, it seats two side by side.

This rope garden sofa is made for outdoor use and resists weathering and sunlight, so it sits well on a sunny terrace, beside a pool or under the trees at the end of a garden. Set it with a low table for long lunches and slow evenings outside. We offer it in fifteen powder-coated frame colours, including Textured White, Textured Ivory and Stone, with two rope colours, Grey Taupe and Terra Brown. The cushions come in forty-six outdoor fabrics in acrylic, polyolefin and Vinytex, such as Pan White, Wabi Ecru and Pan Bone, so you can match it to your paving, planting or house.

The design is by La Mamba Studio, and each sofa is made to order in Barcelona, Spain. Care is simple: clean the frame regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, then rinse well and dry it to avoid water marks. Treat the fabric with a damp sponge and a little neutral soap in plenty of water, a soft brush for a stubborn stain and never harsh chemicals; the acrylic fabrics wash at 30°C, and the polyolefin ones are best brushed or vacuumed to lift dust. Because the cushions are removable, they are easy to take indoors when you are not using the sofa.
