Description

The Swirl is a 991mm table lamp built around a cast resin spiral sculpture finished in antique white, mounted on a textured black cube base with a tapered parchment shade above. The central sculpture forms a rising spiral ribbon that appears to turn upward from the base, with the metal stem running through the centre to the bulb holder concealed inside the shade. The lamp takes a single E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately).

Designed for side tables, console tables and bedroom nightstands, the Swirl functions as both ambient light and sculptural accent. The 216mm-square footprint sits comfortably on surfaces from 400mm wide upward, and the total 991mm height positions the shade at typical eye level when seated nearby. The parchment shade diffuses the light source evenly across the room rather than directing it downward as task lighting.

The cast resin spiral is hand-finished in an antique white that shows brushwork and subtle tonal variation across the surface, giving each piece slight differences in colour depth. The black cube base is textured with a rough-cast finish that contrasts with the smooth curves of the spiral above.
