Description
Our Swelling Wave Bands 3D wall panels bring slow, rolling movement to a plain wall. Six long, rounded bands run in parallel across the full width of each panel, and every band swells and narrows along its length, so its edges undulate. The swells are staggered, so the wide part of one band sits against the narrow part of the next, and the eye keeps travelling across the surface. The bands stand in a relief 24mm deep, clearly raised, with soft shadows gathering between them. Each panel is a 50 x 50cm square in white PVC, a clean, quiet colour that lets the shape do the work.
We see these panels on interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops: behind a bed or a sofa, around a reception desk, or framing a display. As a feature wall the pattern changes through the day. That depth rewards side light: light from a window or a wall light picks out each swell and lays a shadow beside it, while light from straight ahead softens the bands into a gentle ripple. Run with the bands horizontal, the waves carry across the width of a wall and make a room feel calmer and wider.
Each panel is made from a 0.8mm sheet. To fit them, spread adhesive on the back of a panel and press it onto the wall; no special equipment is needed. The panels cut to fit at the edges of a wall, and the joins are filled with filler and wiped clean so they look neat. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. Four panels cover one square metre, which makes working out how many a wall needs simple. Once up, they are low maintenance and wipe clean with a damp cloth. For styling, keep the furniture in front simple and let a lamp at one side bring out the waves.

Frequently Asked
What does the Swelling Wave Bands pattern look like?
Six long, rounded bands run in parallel across each panel, each swelling and narrowing along its length, with the swells staggered so a wide part always meets a narrow one.
How big is each panel and how much wall do they cover?
Each panel is a 50 x 50cm square, and four of them cover one square metre of wall, which helps when you work out how many you need.
How are these 3D wall panels fixed to the wall?
You spread adhesive on the back of each panel and press it onto the wall, then fill the joins with filler and wipe them clean. No special equipment is needed.
What else do I need to fit them?
Alongside the panels you will need adhesive to fix them to the wall and filler for the joins, and you buy both of those separately.
Can the panels be cut to fit my wall?
Yes, they cut to fit, so you can trim them where the wall meets a corner, a ceiling or a skirting board and keep the bands running neatly.
How do I keep the panels clean?
They are low maintenance, and a wipe with a damp cloth is all the panels need to keep the white bands looking crisp.
