Description

The Maytoni Step is a 91cm linear suspension light housing an integrated 23W LED strip behind a matt black aluminium body. The light projects downward through a frosted diffuser along the base of the bar, creating a focused pool of 3000K warm white light across a dining table, kitchen island or desk surface without glare or visible LED points.

Designed for installation above surfaces requiring concentrated task light, the Step suits kitchen islands, dining tables, office desks and conference tables in residential and commercial settings. The adjustable cable suspension allows the fitting to be set between 20cm and 100cm from the ceiling, giving control over the light pool width and intensity on the surface below. The narrow 4cm profile and 91cm length means the fitting works well in narrower spaces where a traditional multi-bulb pendant would feel too wide or fussy.

The matt black aluminium body provides a clean geometric line that recedes visually against dark ceilings and contrasts sharply against white or light-toned ceilings. The integrated LED produces 3000K warm white light at a CRI of 80, which renders colours accurately without the cool clinical tone of higher colour temperatures. The reflected backlight design casts a secondary glow upward onto the ceiling, softening the overall lighting effect in the room. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations.
