Description

The Sparx is a 38W constant voltage LED driver designed for linear LED installations requiring 1-10V dimming control. It delivers 700mA output to power LED strip systems, linear profiles and modular track lighting, converting mains 230V AC to a stable low-voltage DC output without flicker or voltage drop under load.

Designed for fixed installation inside ceiling voids, behind panels or within commercial lighting housings, the driver measures 280mm long by 30mm projection and requires adequate ventilation clearance to dissipate heat during continuous operation. The 1-10V dimming input accepts control from compatible wall dimmers, lighting control systems and building management interfaces, allowing smooth transitions from 10% to 100% output without visible stepping or flicker at low levels.

The metal housing carries an IP20 rating, restricting use to dry indoor locations away from moisture and condensation. Terminal blocks accept standard mains wiring on the input side and low-voltage cable runs to the LED load on the output side. The constant voltage regulation maintains stable output regardless of minor fluctuations in mains voltage, which prevents LED colour shift and premature degradation of the light source over the driver's rated lifespan.
