The design is organised around a broad brass ring, from which a series of individually shaped alabaster petals are arranged in a continuous radial sequence. Natural Spanish alabaster is the defining material of the design. Each petal is carved from solid stone, revealing distinctive veining, tonal variation, and areas of mineral density unique to every piece. The alabaster surfaces are gently honed, allowing the internal structure of the stone to remain visible. Variations in translucency and colour move across each petal, ranging from milky white areas to warmer, clouded sections, creating a layered and expressive stone composition.

The petal elements are slightly irregular in outline and thickness, reinforcing the organic character of the chandelier while maintaining overall symmetry through their radial arrangement.
