Description
The Soffi Medium is a 23cm wide, 38cm tall pendant light formed from a hand-blown clear glass teardrop, capped with a white ceramic top and bound with a tan leather strap at the neck. A single G9 fitting sits inside the ceramic head, casting light down through the glass body. The 150cm cable suspends the pendant from a discreet ceiling fixing.
Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands, breakfast bars and stairwells, the Soffi works individually as a single drop or in a cluster of three to five at staggered heights. The 150cm cable can be shortened on installation to set the pendant 700-800mm above a dining table or 600-900mm above a worktop. The clear glass keeps the fitting visually light, so multiple pendants in a row do not block sightlines across an open-plan space.
The teardrop body is shaped by mouth-blowing, so each piece carries small variations in wall thickness and curvature that catch light differently around the surface. The ceramic top is finished in matt white and the leather strap, fastened with a small metal buckle, holds the glass to the head. The combination of glass, ceramic and leather gives the pendant three distinct material textures within a single fitting, which works well in modern, Scandinavian and transitional interiors.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does it take?
The Soffi takes a single G9 capsule bulb, sold separately. A 3-4W LED G9 in 2700K-3000K warm white is the most common pairing, giving an ambient glow through the clear glass without overheating the fitting.
Can the cable be shortened?
Yes. The 150cm cable can be shortened on installation to set the drop required for the room. For a dining table the pendant typically sits 700-800mm above the surface; for a kitchen island, 600-900mm above the worktop.
Does the glass vary between pieces?
Yes. The teardrop body is mouth-blown, so each pendant has small variations in wall thickness, curvature and surface optics. This is a feature of the hand-blown process rather than a defect.
Can I hang several together?
The Soffi works well as a single drop or in clusters of three to five over a long dining table or kitchen island. Stagger the drops by 100-200mm for a more sculptural arrangement, or hang at the same height for a uniform line.
