This earthenware mug is moulded as a little Christmas tree, built up in three layered tiers of glossy green with fine needle detail raised across every branch. Dabs of white snow sit on the boughs, pairs of red berries peep out between them, and a single red and white candy cane hangs at the front. Inside, the glaze is a soft cream, so tea, coffee or hot chocolate shows its true colour, and a smooth green loop handle sits on one side for an easy grip.
