Description

The Sit is a 2 seater garden sofa in extruded aluminium: a solid aluminium plate structure standing on sled legs, finished in polyester powder coating. Its lines are clean and square, with flat arms that drop straight down into the sled legs on each side. It comes with its cushions, two seat and two back, made in the outdoor fabric you choose. The sofa is 180cm wide, 90cm deep and 72cm high, with a seat height of 42cm and an arm height of 54cm, so two sit at an everyday sofa height with the arms at an easy level for an elbow.

Made for outdoor use and resistant to weathering and sunlight, it belongs on a garden terrace, a patio or a roof terrace, and it suits a hotel or restaurant terrace as well as a home. It is sold in fifteen powder-coated frame colours, among them Textured White, Textured Ivory and Stone, and in forty-six outdoor fabrics in acrylic, polyolefin and Vinytex, such as Pan White, Wabi Ecru and Pan Bone. Every sofa is made to order in Barcelona, Spain, in the frame colour and fabric you pick.

The design is by Andrés Bluth. Its cushions are filled with 100% polyether fibre and foam. Clean the fabrics with a damp sponge and a little neutral soap in plenty of water, a soft brush for a stubborn stain and never harsh chemicals. The acrylic fabrics wash at 30°C, while the polyolefin fabrics are best brushed or vacuumed to lift dust. For the powder-coated frame, use warm water, neutral soap and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, then rinse well and dry the surface to avoid water marks. The cushions are removable, so they can come indoors when the sofa is not in use.

Made to order, dispatched in about 5–6 weeks.
