Seraph 12 Light Chandelier - Cream

The Seraph is a 12-light chandelier built on a cream-painted metal frame with flowing wire arms and looped detailing. The 950mm-diameter frame holds twelve E14 candle fittings arranged across two tiers, with the outer ring of six arms curving downward from the central cage structure. The hand-painted cream finish carries an antique effect that shows through as subtle variation in tone across the metalwork.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Seraph provides both ambient and decorative light. The twelve E14 fittings together deliver enough output to light a 20-25m² room when paired with 4-6W LED candle bulbs. The 825mm drop requires approximately 900mm of clearance from ceiling to the lowest point of the frame, making the chandelier suitable for rooms where furniture height is 800mm or below and ceiling height allows the frame to hang at least 2m above floor level.

The metal frame is shaped and finished by hand, so wire gauge, loop tightness and paint coverage vary slightly between individual pieces. The cream finish pairs with neutral, warm-toned and traditional interiors, and the antique effect softens the cream tone to avoid stark white contrast against ceilings. The chandelier is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, allowing light levels to be adjusted for dining or ambient use. IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry indoor use only.

What bulbs does the Seraph take?

The chandelier takes twelve E14 small Edison screw bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair it with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K for dining room use, giving approximately 500-700 lumens per bulb and a combined output of 6,000-8,400 lumens across all twelve fittings.

Is the Seraph dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable E14 bulbs and connected to a compatible dimmer switch. The metal frame and wiring support dimming, but dimmer compatibility depends on the specific bulb model chosen.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 825mm drop requires ceiling heights of approximately 2.7m or above to maintain at least 2m clearance from floor to the lowest point of the frame. For dining table installation, allow 700-900mm between the tabletop and the bottom of the chandelier.
