Made from a considered mix of aluminium, steel, MDF and ABS, our Santé Floor Lamp is a slim floor stand that slots easily into everyday rooms. Standing 140cm tall with a flat round base measuring 38cm across, it keeps a light footprint while giving you height where you need it. The straight stem rises in a clean black finish, and at just 3.3kg it stays easy to move and reposition. We think of this as a dependable base for your lighting rather than a bulky piece of furniture, so it settles quietly beside a sofa, a reading chair or the corner of a bedroom.

This is the black version of the stand, and we keep things simple. The photograph shows it fitted with a feather shade, though the product itself is the floor stand. It takes an E27 bulb with a maximum of 15W LED, which is not included, and the fitting comes ready for E27 so you can pair it with the bulb and shade that suit your room. Assembly is quick at around 10 to 15 minutes, and it carries UKCA, cETLus, IP2X and CE Standard markings for indoor use. It is rated for indoor spaces only, so keep it well away from damp areas such as bathrooms.

The matt black finish sits comfortably against most colour schemes, whether your walls lean warm and neutral or cool and grey. We like it in a snug reading nook where the slim profile takes up very little floor space, but it works just as well flanking a media unit or brightening a hallway corner.
