The Sal is a 365mm matt black table lamp with a single GU10 spotlight head that pivots on an angled arm rising from a circular base. The cylindrical head houses one GU10 bulb (sold separately, up to 10W) and directs light downward or across a desk surface depending on the angle set. The arm extends 180mm horizontally from the base, positioning the spotlight over the edge of a desk or bedside table.

Designed as directed task lighting rather than ambient room light, the Sal suits desks, bedside tables and shelving units where focused illumination is needed without occupying significant surface area. The 140mm-diameter base keeps the footprint tight, allowing the lamp to sit alongside a laptop, books or phone charger without displacing them. The matt black finish minimises reflections and pairs with both warm and cool-toned interiors, fitting industrial, contemporary and Scandinavian-style rooms.

The lamp head pivots through approximately 90 degrees, allowing the beam to be aimed at a keyboard, a book, or upward onto a wall as wash light. The GU10 fitting accepts standard mains-voltage LED spotlights, giving control over beam angle (narrow spot or wide flood) and colour temperature (warm white around 2700K for evening reading, or daylight white around 4000K for close work). The combined metal frame and base weigh 1.75kg, providing stability without needing additional weighting or clamping.
