Description

This square wooden coaster carries the Sagittarius star sign in fine white line art on a gloss pink face. At its centre sits the archer's bow and arrow, drawn as a delicate outline with a crescent moon and tiny stars inside it and a scatter of stars and dots all around. Above the symbol, the dates Nov 22 to Dec 21 run over the word Sagittarius, and beneath it three words read Adventurous, Optimistic and Honest. The pink shades softly from light to deeper tones across the face, and the coaster measures 9.6cm one way, 9.5cm the other and 0.4cm deep, with gently rounded corners.

Sized for the base of an everyday mug, teacup or glass, it earns its place wherever a drink is set down: on a desk beside the keyboard, a bedside table, a side table by the sofa or the kitchen table at breakfast. The soft pink and white design sits happily in a bedroom, a home office or a reading corner, and it brings a little cheer to a shelf of favourite things. Because the dates and the three traits are printed plainly on it, the sign it celebrates is clear at a glance, which makes it a small, personal gift that is flat and easy to wrap.

The coaster is a flat wooden board with a gloss printed top, a thin black edge and a speckled light brown underside that rests on the table. To keep it looking its best, wipe the gloss face with a soft damp cloth and dry it straight away. Like any wooden piece, it is best not soaked or left standing in water. Keep it by the kettle for the morning cup, or tuck it beside a card and a favourite tea for a thoughtful little present.

What is the coaster made of?

It is a wooden coaster with a gloss pink printed face, a thin black edge and a speckled light brown underside.

The design shows the Sagittarius bow and arrow in white line art, with a crescent moon and stars. It also carries the dates Nov 22 to Dec 21, the word Sagittarius and the words Adventurous, Optimistic and Honest.

Does it sit flat on a table?

Yes, it is a flat, square board 0.4cm deep with gently rounded corners, and it lies level on a desk, side table or kitchen table.

How should I clean it?
