Our Rosette Mini Cord Set Single in black suits kitchens, hallways and reading nooks where pared-back simplicity works best. This single cord set is for anyone who wants clean, understated lighting without a bulky fitting overhead, and its slim profile makes it easy to place above a worktop, beside a bed or over a small dining table. With just one fine cord dropping from a tiny canopy, it keeps the focus on the light itself, letting you create a calm, uncluttered look in almost any interior.

This is a compact fitting through and through. The single version measures 10cm in diameter and 2.7cm in height, with a small lampholder finished in black to suit both darker and lighter colour schemes. It is made from steel and polypropylene, and each set includes 3m (9'8") of black cord, a metal canopy and diffuser caps. Our cord set is rated to a maximum load capacity of 1kg (2.2 lb) per cord, so we recommend keeping to a lightweight bulb. It carries UKCA, IP2X and CE Standard markings and is intended for indoor use. Do note that the Tiny Idea light source is not included, giving you the freedom to choose the glow that works best for the room.

Because the fitting is so minimal, the bulb you pair with it does much of the visual work, so we suggest a small decorative Tiny Idea bulb where the cord will hang in full view. To keep the black cord and lampholder looking their best, wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners on the polypropylene and steel. If you like the effect and want more of it, the wider Rosette Mini range also offers Cluster 3 and Cluster 5 sets, and we think a run of single pendants at staggered heights looks particularly good above a long table or kitchen island.
