Description

The Rond is a 10cm diameter cylindrical wall light in matte gold aluminium with a single G9 bulb fitting that projects light both upward and downward. The cylinder mounts directly to the wall on a matt black rectangular back plate, with open top and bottom apertures allowing the light to wash the wall surface above and below the fitting.

Designed for hallways, corridor runs, bedside positions and accent lighting in living spaces, the Rond provides vertical wall wash rather than ambient room fill. The dual-directional output highlights architectural details such as feature walls, textured plaster or recessed alcoves by creating contrasting bands of light and shadow. The compact 8.8cm height and 10cm diameter suit wall positions where a larger fitting would intrude into circulation space or sit awkwardly between furniture and ceiling.

The matte gold finish on the aluminium cylinder diffuses reflections and pairs with warm brass hardware, timber joinery and neutral stone or plaster walls. Inside the cylinder the finish shifts to a warmer gold tone, reflecting the bulb light back onto the wall surface to intensify the wash effect. The fitting accepts any standard G9 halogen or LED bulb up to 50W, giving control over colour temperature and brightness to suit the room.
