Description

Rainbow Hearts is a cheerful kids rug in pink, made for a child's bedroom or playroom. A pale pink ground carries rows of rainbows, each arc running through red, orange, yellow, green, blue and lilac and resting on a pair of small white clouds. The rainbows repeat across the whole rug in neat staggered rows, so there is no wrong way up and every corner gets its share of colour. It is made from 100% polyester, with the design digitally printed across the surface.

We think it suits a bedroom or playroom best. The 80 by 150cm size sits neatly beside a bed, giving little feet somewhere bright to land in the morning, or fills a smaller play corner. The 120 by 170cm rug covers more floor, enough for a play area in the middle of the room or to sit partly under a bed. For a reading nook there is also a 133cm round rug, with the same rainbows following the circle. Pink walls, white furniture and pastel bedding all sit happily alongside it.

Rugs in children's rooms see spills, crumbs and craft afternoons, so easy care matters. This one is washable, so a muddy footprint or a spilt drink need not be the end of it. Before it goes in, check that your drum is large enough for the size you choose; the round and smaller rugs are the easiest to manage at home.
