Description

This small desktop microphone stand from QTX gives you a steady base for close mic work without taking up much space. It's built around a heavy 100mm diameter black metal base with a 60mm high chrome finish stem, so it sits low and stays put on a table, desk or podium. At 780g the weight does the job of keeping your microphone stable while you talk, sing or record.

The base has rubber feet fitted to grip the surface and cut down on knocks and slides. The stem uses a standard 5/8\" thread, which is the common fitting for most microphone clips and holders, so it should match what you already have or slot in alongside your existing kit. If you need an adaptor for 3/8\" gear you can add one on top, but out of the box it's ready for the widely used 5/8\" size.

It suits podcasting, voiceover, streaming, meeting rooms and any setting where a low stand near the tabletop works better than a floor stand (sometimes called a mic stand or microphone stand depending on where you are).
