Description

The QTX QUEST-15 is a 2-way passive PA speaker cabinet built for full-range sound in a hard-wearing format. The enclosure is made from high-impact moulded polypropylene, so it stands up well to the knocks of regular transport and gigging. Inside you get a high-power main driver paired with a titanium diaphragm compression driver that handles the high frequencies, giving you clear sound across the range. Maximum power handling is rated at 440W.

We designed this cabinet to work as a satellite speaker alongside QUEST active models, though it suits any PA system that needs a solid, roadworthy passive box. Each cabinet has a 35mm pole mount socket so you can fit it onto a speaker stand (also called a tripod), plus integral side and top handles for lifting. Rear trolley wheels make moving the cabinet from van to venue much easier when you're setting up on your own.

Connection is handled through twist-lock SPK sockets, which give you a secure link that won't work loose during a set. The impedance is 8 Ohms, so it pairs cleanly with most amplifiers and mixer-amps you're likely to run.
