Description

This is a replacement bodypack transmitter for QTX VHF wireless microphone systems, operating on 174.1MHz. If you've lost or damaged the transmitter from your existing setup, or you simply need a spare to keep matches running, this unit slots straight into the same range and frequency plan as the original QTX gear.

The transmitter (or beltpack, as it's sometimes called) runs on a single 9V PP3 battery, which we supply in the box, so you can get up and running without hunting for extras. It measures 205 x 68 x 25mm excluding the antenna (or aerial, as it's known in the UK), and weighs 76g without the battery fitted, so it sits comfortably on a belt or waistband without dragging clothing down. The compact housing keeps it out of the way during presentations, performances or fitness classes.

This is one of five frequency options in the QTX range, with 174.1MHz being a specific channel within that spread. Make sure the frequency you choose matches the receiver you're pairing it with, otherwise the two won't talk to each other.
