Qbic LED Cube Pendant Light - Clear Glass & Brass

The Qbic is a 32cm cube pendant light built from six panels of clear smoked glass, held together at the corners by brass-finished metal brackets and tensioned internally with fine steel cables. An integrated 20W 3000K LED module sits at the centre of the cube and is suspended on slim steel wires from a circular canopy, giving the impression that the light source floats inside the glass form.

The geometric cube shape suits dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls in modern, industrial and contemporary interiors where a sculptural pendant is needed without a heavy visual mass. The clear glass panels allow direct visibility through the fitting, so the LED module reads as a single point of light at the centre rather than a glowing shade. The 150cm cable length can be shortened on installation to set the cube at the right height above a worktop or table.

At 68cm tall and 32cm wide, the Qbic occupies a defined volume in a room without dominating it, and the clear glass keeps sightlines open through the fitting. The brass corner hardware adds a warm metallic accent against the smoked glass, and the integrated LED removes the need to source or replace a separate bulb. The two-cable suspension system is rated for the cube's combined glass and metal weight and uses a single discreet ceiling canopy.

Does it come with a bulb?

Yes. The Qbic uses an integrated 20W LED module rated at 3000K (warm white), so there is no separate bulb to source or replace. The LED is built into the central element of the cube.

What ceiling height is needed?

The cube itself is 68cm tall and the cable length is 150cm, giving a maximum drop of just over 2.1m from ceiling to base. The cable can be shortened on installation, so the pendant suits ceiling heights of 2.4m and above. For dining tables and kitchen islands the base typically sits 700-800mm above the surface.

Can multiple units be hung together?

Yes. The cube form works well in a row of two or three over a long dining table or kitchen island, or as a single pendant in an entrance hall or stairwell. Each unit is supplied with its own ceiling canopy and suspension wires.

How is the glass cleaned?

Wipe the glass panels with a soft, lint-free cloth. For fingerprints or dust, a barely-damp cloth with a small amount of standard glass cleaner is suitable. Isolate the circuit before cleaning and avoid spraying liquid directly onto the LED module or brass brackets.
