Description

The Pulsewave-3 is a 100mm square recessed plaster wall light with an integrated 1W 3000K LED positioned behind a frosted lens. The fitting is constructed from gypsum plaster and designed to be installed flush into plasterboard walls, sitting level with the wall surface once fitted. Two perforated metal mounting brackets extend from either side of the gypsum body to fix into the wall cavity.

Designed for hallways, stairwells, feature walls and corridors where low-level accent or wayfinding lighting is needed, the Pulsewave-3 casts a soft oval pool of warm white light onto the wall surface. The 100mm projection requires a minimum cavity depth of 100mm behind the plasterboard. The IP20 rating limits use to dry internal areas away from bathrooms or outdoor exposure.

The white gypsum surface is paintable, allowing the fitting to be matched to the surrounding wall colour or left white to create a defined accent. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and rated at 1W, drawing minimal current while providing subtle ambient light rather than task illumination. The frosted lens diffuses the LED point source to prevent glare when viewed directly. Ideal Lux backs the fitting with a five-year warranty.
