Description

The Pro Base is a 40cm LED column pendant built from a single aluminium tube finished in brushed gold, housing an integrated 6W LED and acrylic diffuser. The pendant measures 3cm in diameter across its 40cm drop, giving it a slim vertical profile that reads as a single illuminated column when lit. The 4000K colour temperature produces neutral white light midway between warm and cool tones.

Designed for installation over kitchen islands, dining tables, or in entrance halls, the Pro Base works as a solo pendant in small rooms or clustered in groups of 3-5 across wider surfaces. The 340cm maximum drop from the ceiling rose allows adjustment during fitting to suit ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.2m. The slim 3cm diameter means multiple pendants can be installed close together without visual crowding, a useful feature when lighting a 1.8-2.4m island where wider shades would overlap.

Yes. The 340cm maximum drop can be shortened during installation by looping excess cable in the ceiling rose or using a ceiling hook at the desired height. Most installations for standard 2.4-2.7m ceilings use 60-100cm of the available drop.

What happens when the LED fails?

The LED is integrated and non-replaceable. At end of life (typically 25,000+ hours), the entire pendant would need replacing. Maytoni provides a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
