The Polinesia is a 1.7m outdoor floor lamp built around a four-point star-shaped shade woven from beige textilene rope on a powder-coated metal frame. The shade sits on a slim metal stem rising from a circular base, with an E27 bulb fitting enclosed inside the woven structure. The IP44 rating provides protection against splashing water and dust, making the lamp suitable for covered patios, terraces and garden lounge areas.

Designed for evening ambient lighting rather than functional task light, the Polinesia casts patterned shadows through the gaps in the woven rope when lit. The hourglass silhouette of the shade diffuses light outward and downward, creating a warm pool around the base while the woven texture prevents glare. The lamp pairs with outdoor seating areas on decking, beside pool loungers under pergolas, or flanking garden room doorways where overhead lighting is impractical.

The textilene rope mimics the appearance of natural wicker or rattan but resists UV degradation and moisture better than organic fibres. The beige finish blends with natural stone, timber decking and neutral outdoor furniture, while the 310mm diameter of the shade keeps the footprint compact enough for smaller terraces. At 5.7kg the lamp is stable on flat surfaces without needing additional weighting, and the circular base prevents tipping on paving or composite decking.

The E27 fitting accepts any standard bulb up to the maximum wattage specified in the Specification table (sold separately).
