Description

The Plantation is a 7-light chandelier built around a pineapple-shaped clear optic glass centrepiece, suspended on a polished antique nickel frame with cast pineapple leaf detailing at each joint. Five of the seven arms carry cream fabric bell shades, while two central candles sit exposed. Each arm takes an E14 candle bulb up to 40W (bulbs sold separately), giving a combined 280W maximum load.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and drawing rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the chandelier measures 711mm diameter and 890mm fitting height. The 1524mm chain allows drop adjustment between 980mm minimum and 2505mm maximum on installation, so it can be set 700-900mm above a dining table depending on room proportions. The polished antique nickel finish gives a warmer metallic tone than chrome or polished nickel, sitting between traditional brass and cooler silver finishes.

The pineapple glass is hand-cut with faceted optic panels that refract light when the bulbs are lit, casting scattered points of light onto surrounding walls and ceilings. The cream fabric shades soften the direct glare from five of the seven bulbs, while the two exposed central candles provide unshaded uplight.
