This picture light pairs a 360mm horizontal tube with two adjustable E14 lamp arms on articulated joints, allowing both heads to be angled independently towards the centre or edges of a frame. The matt black finish provides a low-profile mount that sits above artwork, mirrors or framed photography without drawing attention from the piece itself.

Designed for wall-mounting above frames between 600mm-900mm wide, the light projects 200mm from the wall when the arms are angled forward, casting even illumination across canvas, glass or print surfaces. The square backplate fixes to a standard UK wall bracket and the adjustable arms compensate for different frame depths and hanging positions. Each arm takes a single E14 bulb up to 40W (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose warm-white, daylight or dimmable LEDs depending on the artwork's colour palette.

The 360mm tube length suits medium to large frames in living rooms, hallways and bedroom galleries. The black finish pairs with both light and dark wall colours, and the minimalist tube construction sits comfortably in modern, mid-century and industrial interiors. The 360mm width works best above frames between 600mm-900mm wide. For narrower frames, the light may appear oversized; for frames wider than 900mm, consider using two picture lights or a larger model.

What bulbs are recommended?

The light takes two E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs up to 40W each. Most users pair it with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K to avoid colour casts on artwork. Dimmable LEDs are compatible if paired with a compatible dimmer switch.

Can the arms be adjusted after installation?

Yes. Both lamp heads rotate on articulated joints, allowing the light angle to be adjusted without re-mounting. This is useful when changing the artwork or compensating for different frame depths.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The light carries no IP rating and is designed for dry interior use only. It should not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms or any area subject to moisture or splashing.
